Finance ad interim. CFO, controlling and closing responsibility on a temporary basis.

We fill key finance roles during a vacancy, a transformation or a critical project phase. Language and cadence as in the board room: evidenced, concise, decision-oriented.

Overall financial responsibility in the bridge. Reporting to the board and owners, treasury, liquidity, banking relationships.

What we do offer on request: guiding the selection of a payroll outsourcing partner, clearly defining the interface between HR, finance and the payroll office, and structuring compensation and bonus models from a finance perspective.

We also make no quantified experience claims that we cannot substantiate. What we promise, we keep. What we cannot deliver, we do not promise.

How long does a typical interim mandate last?

Three to twelve months. Shorter bridge mandates are possible, extensions are agreed by mutual consent.

Do you handle payroll?

No, we are not payroll specialists. For pure payroll processing we recommend fiduciary firms and payroll software providers and are glad to refer you. On request we guide the selection of a payroll partner and define the interface between HR, finance and the payroll office.

Which region do you work in?

Switzerland-wide. The provider company is based in St. Gallen, the office is in Winterthur. Mandates are run on site or hybrid.

What is the fee model?

Day rate, fixed fee or monthly budget, in CHF. The specific model is set in the mandate contract. Travel and out-of-pocket expenses are shown separately.
