What data we collect
We collect data that you actively provide via the contact form or by email: name, company, role, email address, the mandate field you are interested in and your message.
Technically, our hosting and mail providers process standard server logs (IP address, time, user agent) to ensure operation and to prevent misuse.
Purpose of processing
We use the submitted data solely to answer your enquiry, organise a first conversation and initiate possible cooperation.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for the duration of ongoing handling and for a reasonable period thereafter, but no longer than required to meet legal obligations. The data is then deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and processors
For the technical delivery of contact enquiries we use the email delivery provider Resend (Resend, Inc.). Transmission is encrypted. Your data is not passed to further third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data. Please direct any such request to the contact address given on this page.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no marketing or tracking cookies. No analytics services are used that would require a consent banner.
